A large portion of Gen Z feels more depressed than ever. Depression can inhibit kind actions, and affect the way you feel about yourself and those around you. Studies show that spreading kindness includes long-lasting benefits. In all, spreading kindness can be linked to happiness.
Big Idea: Snapchat believes people would be happier if they could see the world through a kinder lens.
